As we mark a milestone half-century of terror, we are ready to uncage the monsters once again in Nightmare Fields, honed through decades of mastering the wicked art of fear.
To celebrate our golden anniversary of screaming, we are plunging deep into our roots and paying ultimate homage to our decade of founding with the raw, gritty, gore-drenched style of 1970s slasher grindhouse horror. We are not simply opening the gates for a passing night; we are unleashing a terrifying legacy forged by seasoned fright-masters who have spent fifty years perfecting a double dose of dread.

By purchasing a ticket or wristband to Nightmare Fields, operated by The Pumpkin Factory, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Indemnification Agreement, and Rules and Regulations. Your purchase constitutes your agreement to these terms.
Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnification:
* I acknowledge that by entering Nightmare Fields, operated by The Pumpkin Factory, I am voluntarily participating in an inherently risky activity. I understand that there are potential risks, including but not limited to: physical injury (e.g., falls, collisions), emotional distress (e.g., fear, anxiety), and exposure to strobe lights, fog, loud noises, and other special effects.
* I understand that Nightmare Fields features uneven terrain and dimly lit pathways, which may increase the risk of falls or other injuries. I also understand that actors may come close to me during the experience, and I agree to refrain from touching them.
* I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Pumpkin Factory, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by me while participating in Nightmare Fields, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
* I certify that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would be aggravated by this experience. If I am a parent or legal guardian of a minor, I hereby consent to their participation and assume all risks on their behalf.
* I grant The Pumpkin Factory the right to use my likeness (photographs, videos) for promotional purposes.
* I understand that I am legally responsible for any damages I cause to the property of The Pumpkin Factory and for any injuries I inflict upon its actors or staff. I agree to pay for any such damages or injuries.
* I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pumpkin Factory, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from my actions, including but not limited to, damages to property or injuries to actors or staff.
* This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Rules and Regulations:
* General Rules:
* No Running: Walk, don't run, to prevent collisions and falls.
* No Touching Actors or Props: For your safety and the safety of our actors, no touching of actors, props, or set pieces is permitted.
* Stay on the Designated Path: Do not deviate from the marked route.
* No Food, Drinks, or Gum Inside: No outside food, drinks, or gum are permitted within the Nightmare Fields attraction. Concessions are available for purchase inside The Pumpkin Factory Bakery.
* No Video or Flash Photography: To preserve the immersive experience for all guests, and for the safety of our actors, no video recording or flash photography is permitted inside Nightmare Fields. This includes the use of cell phone flash.
* No Weapons of Any Kind: No weapons of any kind are permitted, including but not limited to firearms, knives, tasers, pepper spray, or any other items that could be used as a weapon.
* No Intoxicated Individuals: Any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted entry.
* Medical Conditions: Nightmare Fields may utilize strobe lighting, fog effects, loud noises, and other special effects. Individuals with sensitivities to these effects, or those with heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, or other medical conditions that may be aggravated by this experience, should not enter.
* Follow the Instructions of Staff: Our staff are here to assist you. Please follow their instructions at all times.
* Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with emergency exit locations. In case of emergency, please follow the directions of our staff and proceed to the nearest emergency exit.
* Actor Proximity: Our actors are trained to create a realistic and immersive experience. They may come close to you, but touching is strictly prohibited for both your safety and theirs.
* Uneven Terrain: Nightmare Fields features uneven terrain, including but not limited to, steps, ramps, and dimly lit pathways. Please watch your step and wear appropriate footwear.
* Responsibility for Damages/Injuries: Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to property or injuries they inflict upon actors or staff. Any intentional damage or injury will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
* Age Restrictions: Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Age restrictions may apply to certain areas of Nightmare Fields.
* Enforcement: Staff members will be monitoring the attraction, and anyone found violating these rules may be asked to leave. Please respect our actors, sets, and props. Any reckless or destructive behavior will result in immediate removal from the attraction.
