Rules & Regulations

General Safety:

 * Parental Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times within The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone(s). This is not a drop-off facility.

 * Wristband Required: All participants entering The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone(s) must wear a valid wristband.

 * Age and Height Restrictions:

   * Bounce House: Ages 13 and under.

   * Kids Train: Ages 8 and under.

  

 * Food and Drinks:

   * Food and drinks are permitted in the designated picnic table area only.

   * No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed inside the bounce house or on the train.

   * Water is allowed in the picnic table area.

 * No Sharp Objects: Sharp objects, toys, or other items that could cause injury are not allowed inside The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone(s), excluding items used for eating in the picnic table area.

 * Appropriate Attire: Children must wear socks inside the bounce house. Shoes must be removed before entering the bounce house.

 * Respectful Behavior: Running, pushing, fighting, or any behavior that could endanger others is strictly prohibited.

 * Follow Staff Instructions: All participants must follow the instructions of The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone(s) staff.

 * Report Injuries: Please report any injuries or accidents to staff immediately.

 * Maximum Capacity: The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone(s) has a maximum capacity. Please respect the staff's instructions regarding capacity limits.

 * Clean up: please clean up all trash from the picnic table area after use.

Bounce House Specific Rules:

 * Ages 13 and under only.

 * No Flips or Somersaults.

 * No Climbing Walls.

 * Stay Away from Entrance/Exit.

 * No Roughhousing.

Kids Train Specific Rules:

 * Ages 8 and under only.

 * Remain Seated.

 * No Standing or Walking.

 * Follow Conductor's Instructions.

Pedal Cart Track Specific Rules:

 * Adjustable Carts: Pedal carts are adjustable to fit both children and adults.

 * One Person Per Cart: Only one person is allowed per pedal cart at a time.

 * Proper Adjustment: Ensure the pedal cart is properly adjusted to your height before use. If you need assistance, please ask a staff member.

 * Follow Track Direction: Pedal carts must be driven in the designated direction.

 * No Collisions: Intentionally colliding with other pedal carts is prohibited.

 * Maintain Safe Distance: Keep a safe distance between pedal carts.

 * No Standing on Carts: Standing on the pedal carts is strictly prohibited.

 * No Reckless Driving: Reckless driving or any behavior that could endanger others is not permitted.

 * Proper Foot Placement: keep feet on the peddles, and away from the wheels at all times.

The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone Legal Disclaimer & Waiver of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE PUMPKIN FACTORY KIDS ZONE. YOUR ENTRY AND PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

Assumption of Risk:

 * I understand and acknowledge that participation in The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone activities, including but not limited to the bounce house, kids train, and pedal cart track, involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to:

   * Falls, collisions, and other accidents.

   * Injuries from contact with other participants or equipment.

   * Injuries due to equipment malfunction or misuse.

   * Injuries due to improper adjustment or use of the pedal carts.

   * I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Waiver of Liability:

 * I, on behalf of myself and my child(ren), hereby release, waive, and discharge The Pumpkin Factory, its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my child(ren) while participating in The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone activities, whether caused by the negligence of The Pumpkin Factory or otherwise.

Indemnification:

 * I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pumpkin Factory from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my or my child(ren)'s participation in The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone activities.

Medical Treatment:

 * In the event of an injury, I authorize The Pumpkin Factory to obtain necessary medical treatment for me or my child(ren). I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.

Photo/Video Release:

 * I grant The Pumpkin Factory the right to take photographs and/or videos of my child(ren) and myself while in The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone and to use these images for promotional purposes.

Severability:

 * If any provision of this waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Agreement:

 * By purchasing a wristband or ticket and entering The Pumpkin Factory Kids Zone, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the above rules, regulations, and disclaimers. My purchase and entry serve as my explicit consent to these terms.
